What is Leadership?

Many of us often struggle with defining leadership. Sure, there are official dictionary definition of word 'Leadership', but I believe that leadership is much more than a formal definition. It is a series of life events, ups and downs, failures and successes that a person must go through, learn from each experience and use what he or she had learned to help other people to achieve their goals and dreams in life. Leadership is not about being in charge or to have a certain title, leadership is about serving others unconditionally and being recognized as a leader by the people we serve.
