Telling the truth
"If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything" - Mark Twain
By telling the truth and by being honest with ourselves and others we avoid cluttering our mind with useless information and lies that we must remember because we are afraid that sooner or later everything that we were dishonest about will be revealed. Therefore, we constantly prepare for that moment and thinking of ways to convince others that we were telling the truth. However, it's so much easier to be truthful at all times without any fear or clutter taking up space in our already busy mind. It's much easier to simply tell the truth than living in a life filled with lies.
