"Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential"
Many start but very few actually continue their journey towards reaching their goals, plans, and outcomes that we hope to see. For example, many embark on the continuous fitness and personal development journey, especially at the beginning of each New Year. Typically, such journey last for two to three weeks at most. Why? Because, things get difficult and not as fun as they might have been at the beginning. So, many stop, and make plans to try again at a later time, which in most cases does not take place until beginning of the following year. What's missing here, in my opinion, is the continuous effort and never-give-up attitude.
