Being grateful for everything good that comes our way sounds like a no brainer. However, surprisingly we often forget all the good things that we have in our life, and instead choose to focus on all the bad and negative. Then, we get surprised when we start seeing more negative in our own life every day. There will always be good and bad situations that we will encounter throughout our life, so what's important is not to dwell on all the challenges that we face and, instead, be grateful for all the good that is surrounding us, and do so on the daily basis.
