Have a complete confidence in yourself, product or service you are selling and offering in person or online, and have confidence in your company you work for or business that you own.
Let your passion speak for you. If you are passionate about what you do or sell, everything else will fall into place, as long as you are honest and transparent about that what you offer to others in all in-person or virtual interactions. So, be excited and show your excitement to your customers, your clients, and/or your students.
Be truthful and transparent about products or services that you are selling. Because, if you are dishonest in what you do, sell, or teach, you may win a sale today, but eventually you will lose your customers’ trust and business. Customer’s trust and loyalty is everything to a successful business and its longevity.
