In my opinion, doubt originates somewhere deep inside of you already low self-esteem, lack of belief in yourself and your own abilities.
Why do we put ourselves in such situation and such emotional and physical state?
Low self-esteem can build up pretty quickly, it can also continue to grow and build over time, effecting everything that is happening to you negatively. The truth is, we allow doubt in our own abilities and lower our own self-esteem every time we decide that we cannot accomplish a specific task or reach a specific goal, regardless of it’s complexity.

Many say that something bad is happening to them because of someone else’s actions, when in reality it is them who made a decision to allow something negative to take place. We make decision for everything that is happening to us, whether it is something negative or positive. However, instead of owning our decisions and do something about it, we choose to transfer the blame on someone or something else.

When we make a decision a choice to focus on negative and how bad everything is in our lives, we in turn attract all of the negative energy to us and everyone around us. That is when you hear a person complaining that they cannot get out of from bad or negative things happening to them. By sharing all of the negatives, more negative energy is being attracted to us vs. pushing it away. There’s no place for positive energy to exist and develop in such environment.

The other thing that’s happening is lack of positivity and excess of negativity creates more opportunity for failure, and in turn, development and growth of self-doubt. Do you believe anything positive can come in such emotional and physical state? Of course not, only more of negativity and doubt.

Few steps that you can take to go from feeling down to feeling great again
In order to turn things around for a better, to replace negativity with positivity, and begin improving your self-esteem, one needs to do the following:

First -

Believe in yourself. If no one else believes in you or your abilities, don’t worry about it. As long as you believe in yourself and know what you are capable of, that is what really matters. You are the one who creates your future, and you are the one who chooses if it is filled with positive or negative results. No one knows you better than yourself.

Second -

Don’t let temporary failures or setbacks to affect your future actions. Failure is an opportunity to learn from and grow stronger and more positive

Third –

Believe in positive outcomes and they will take place. It may not be immediate, but great things will happen if you truly believe in it.

Lastly –

Avoid negativity. Negatively-minded people need someone to listen to them complaining in order to release their negative energy. At the end they will feel better and you will feel worse. Be around positively-minded people and you will charge with positivity from them and feel good about it

Remember, you are in control of your current and future physical and emotional state. If you want for positive and good things for yourself and others around you, then you need to believe in yourself, your abilities, maintain high level of self-esteem, and continue to spread positive and good energy to others. You are the only one who can set limits to your personal and professional growth!
