Finding success in life without college degree

Can one find success with incomplete college education, or in other words, without a diploma from a college or university? I think so. However, it may be more challenging and will take much longer to get there without one. Finding success whether it is as entrepreneur or working for another company, requires very strong work ethic, never-give-up attitude, extreme persistence, and strong willingness to learn. By learning I mean self-education on the regular daily basis. This includes finding courses online, both free and paid, attending educational conferences, workshops, and seminars conducted by various successful business and world leaders. The key is to attend training courses that you find most interesting, informative, and most importantly, applicable in your area of interest and focus. I found that taking a specific training or attending a conference that others believe you should attend is not the best way to invest your hard-earned dollars. There are also a ton of free and paid resources available both online and offline. One of the great offline resources that everyone can utilize is a library with hundreds or thousands of books for us to choose from. So, don’t let the lack of internet or computer stop you on your journey of personal development and growth. Those of us who continuously invest in our own development through self-learning and discovery, are part of the lifelong education program which never ends.
 
Critical personal qualities that one must have to succeed in life, especially without college diploma

The other very important attributes of an individual who is likely succeed even without college diploma are extreme persistence and very hard work. Why? Because, you may not have the benefit of starting at the higher-level position within a company, unlike someone with a college degree. You would most likely have to start at the very beginning of a ‘corporate ladder’, and through extreme persistence and hard work move yourself up the ‘ladder’. It is not an easy process, and there will be many obstacles along the way, but if you are committed to delivering excellent results wherever you may be working, and do so consistently, while depending only on your own knowledge, experience, and confidence, you can reach the top of that ‘ladder’ and become successful in whatever you do.
 
Mindset of commitment and persistence

Who is a person with a mindset of commitment and persistence? This is someone who knows that there’s nothing impossible in this world regardless where they may be in life, and someone who believes in themselves to the fullest extent possible. This is also someone who is not distracted by outside noise and opinions of others, and is marching towards their goals and dreams despite occasional challenges of everyday life. Therefore, I believe that if you are someone who possesses these qualities and do not currently possess a college diploma, you can still be successful wherever you may be in life today, regardless how complex your unique situation may be. Have unshakable confidence, believe in yourself, and you will find success that you are seeking. ​
