Playing The Blame Game

How many of you blamed someone or something for negative situations that took place or are taking  place in your life? I know I have, and on many occasions throughout my life. This type of thinking helps us to feel better about a particular situation because we are able to shift that negativity somewhere else temporary, as long as we don't have to deal with it at that time.

What  is important to understand is that it's all temporary, and whether we want it or not but all of that negativity will come back to us. Instead of taking responsibility for our own actions, or our lack of progress or success in life, we are looking for an easy way out, we play the blame game.

If we are looking to change our lifes for better and see positive thing happen for us, then we need to focus on the positive in every situation in life. You may be dealing with a complex situation right now, and instead of looking for someone or something  to blame ask yourself what have you done to address the situation. Have you looked at this situation from every angle? But most importantly, do you believe in yourself and your abilities to overcome the problem or situation that you may be facing? If so, than you will find a solution regardless how complex the situation may be.

Trust yourself, believe in successful outcome of any situation and you will get there. It may not be immediate, but you will get there as long as you focus on the positive outcome in any situation. It's not easy to change the way you think quickly, but it is possible to change your outlook to a positive one with time and daily practice.
