Striving for and believing in finding true happiness and determining what it means for each of us

We all strive to find happiness in life. Some find it and some continue to search for true happiness their entire life. What is happiness anyway? Do we all see and interpret happiness the same way, or is the definition and understanding of true happiness unique from person to person? I believe that we all see and interpret what happiness means to us differently from how others may see it. That’s because what makes one person happy does not necessarily have the same effect on another person. For example, my definition of true happiness is seeing my family and children being healthy and having everything that they need and want, doing what I love and truly passionate about for living, and wake up with a smile on my face every morning looking forward to  each day, and being able to travel around the world whenever I want and for as long as I would like, while being able to work from anywhere in the world. However, would my exact definition of true happiness be shared by another individual? Probably not, and that’s ok. Because, what may be important to me and something that I value dearly in life, may not be the case for others. Therefore, be sure to pursue your true happiness and everything that goes into it every day until you achieve it. Don’t stop searching for happiness, just because not everything that you desire comes together fast enough. Be patient, have extreme determination, and keep on pursuing that what’s important to you and that what makes you truly happy, that what makes you smile just by thinking about it. We all deserve to be happy and share that happiness with those whom we love and care about. Ivan Bunin once said: “Three things make a person happy: love, interesting job, and an opportunity to travel.” What is your definition of true happiness?
