Learning a new skill or new information which could help us advance our career, our personal and professional development, and establish a daily learning habit does not have to be hard or frustrating. Learning should be fun, welcoming, and continuous, not difficult and inconvenient. That is why it is important to be ready and willing to learn, grow, and expand our own knowledge each day and to have a plan on how you are going to do it every day. This is what this podcast episode is all about.
There are many different tools and resources available and used by adults in order to improve their self-leadership and personal development skills and knowledge. But how about young adults - teenagers - shouldn't they be able to do the same, while attending school and beyond, extending their knowledge and newly learned skills into the real world? I certainly think so, and that is what I discuss in this episode - ways for modern teens to begin developing themselves personally and professionally, and learning the art of self-leadership and continuous learning.
