My fun and sometimes crazy life - Daily Journal for Kids (PDF Version)
Initially I've developed this version of kids weekly journal for my pre-teen son knowing how beneficial journaling can be for young kids, especially as they navigate fun and sometimes crazy pre-teen and teenage years. But after several week of my son using journal on the daily basis and positive feedback received from him, I wanted to provide an opportunity for kids around the world to own their own copy of this easy and fun to use journal. Journaling has many benefits, and can serve as a great tool for kids to use to express their thoughts, ideas, plans, goals, challenges, and most definitely accomplishments that they all experience growing up.
I've been journaling for many years now, at first my journals were written in Russian, since I could not speak, read, or write in English. Then, as my knowledge of English language begin developing over time, I've slowly transitioned to writing solely in English. Since it was especially difficult for me to express my thoughts, feelings, and concerns to others in English as a teenager, I used journaling as a way to share and reflect on my thoughts, let them out on paper, and free my mind of any worry, concerns, and uncertainties. As a result I was able to focus on education, personal development, and preparing for adult future that was ahead of me.
This is a seven (7) day journal with carefully crafted questions to answer daily with intent to encourage thinking, daily reflection, discovery, focus, goal-setting, forward-thinking
Art on the cover page of the journal was created by my son - David
Note: I would recommend printing the journal pages on both sides of the paper to help you save on paper and trees
